Sizing

Our online stylists will do their best to get you a garment that you love. With that said you are in charge of which sample size you choose and which modifications you request. All of the sample sizes have exact measurements listed on them. When speaking to our online stylists you will notice that when, for example, you ask the sleeves to be shortened we will specify the exact amount you desire (i.e. 2cms). If you are unsure you can always do a virtual zoom or facetime fitting with an on-line stylist and we will make recommendations.

Pricing

All shipping is included in the pricing. We keep our pricing the same so there is no buyers remorse when a product goes on sale.

Alterations

During the Home Try-On fitting process all the sample sizes have listed out measurements that you can tweak before we make your garment. If you get local alterations on your final suit, please let us know so that we can update your electronically saved suit fit pattern on file. We do not reimburse for any alterations made upon final delivery. If you are planning on losing or gaining weight we recommend letting us know. If you want to alter your garment and want to know where to go we can try and provide a recommendation in your area.

Design

We do not up-charge for any specific design request and we can do most anything making this a custom like experience. If you have a design detail that is very specific in mind let us know so we can confirm before purchase.

Refunds

By purchasing from Lords of Wool you are commissioning us to make you a suit that is absolutely unique. We do not provide refunds nor store credit on any purchase once we begin production of your garment. Please work and communicate clearly with our online stylists during the Home Try-On fitting process to ensure you’ll receive a suit that you love. If you receive the try-on box and fabrics and have a change of heart, we will kindly refund your purchase. Refunds will be credited only once the Home Try-On box is returned
